Do I need to worry about this Permissions Warning?

I have a one month old Macbook Pro having finally retired my trusty old tank of a G5 Power Tower. I am a Senior (so go easy on me, guys) and I am no tech by any stretch, but I am a bit of an old Mac Geezer and a maintenance freak, so I do my best to keep my machines as squeeky clean as I can internally. I do admit Lion has been a stretch for me though. Recently, a Permissions Repair showed this (and only this) line:

"Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired."

I don't have a clue what this means or if I should be worried about it. Can anybody fill me in? Thanks.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.2), Thunderbolt Display, OWC Externals
