I am receiving charges for sending a text message to the 447537410227 on my Tmobile acct using an Iphone 4s. It may have something to do with facetime from a google search. Does anybody know how to stop this or where to get more info.

I'm having the same issue here in the US. It's happened at least three times since I switched to T-mobile.
Turn off FaceTime and iMessage. The iPhone sends a 'silent' SMS to activate them to a server in the UK. If you were using a supported carrier, you woulnd't get charged.
Just one of the downsides to trying to use T-Mobile in the US.

Have several traditionals as well, Leatherneck Tartan, Saffron (Irish) and my Clan of course (Stirling).
it is the call made from FaceTime/iMessage for verifier your Apple ID and your phone number.
if your Carrier is not supported these, then your iPhone will keep trying recall again and again....
