What wired keyboard with trackpad do you recommend?

My wife would like to put her MB Pro on a stand and attach a wired keyboard with built-in trackpad. She wants WIRED, not wireless. Has anyone used a non-Apple keyboard like this that they recommend? I am thinking the key arrangement might be tricky.

MacBook Pro 15 inch, 2.53 GHz, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 8 GB memory

I have the bluetooth Apple keyboard as well. Problem is my wife has become sensitive to the electromagnetic radiation coming off their use, affects a health condition she has. Wants to have a wired keyboard instead. After noticing how she is affected when in range of the EM field, she did some research and see other people also report this sensitivity as well. Too bad Apple stopped making the wired.

There are no keyboards on the market that have built-in trackpads with the capabilities of the MBP's built-in trackpad.

Why does your wife want a wired keyboard? Has she ever used an Apple wireless one?

I recomend the Apple wireless keyboard and Magic Trackpad without reservation or qualification. I've been using mine for a year now with my late-2008 unibody MBP, and haven't had a bit of trouble with them at any time. The Magic Trackpad works exactly the same as the built-in trackpad, so that when I pick up my machine to use away from my office, I don't have any adjustment to make. And the wireless keyboard has exactly the same feel as the MBP's, so there's no adjustment to make there either.

Your wife should really try these things out.
