How do I find my Podcasts on my iPad?

I just downloaded a Podcast to my iPad and I can't find it in my iTunes icon. Am I looking in the wrong place?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

If they were audio Podcasts and you're running iOS 5, open Music App, click the More Tab at bottom, choose Podcasts (it's similar in iOS 4x but I think App is called "iPod".

If they're Video Podcasts You'll find them in the Videos App.

You can also use the General search function (swipe left to right from Home screen) to find a particular Podcast (just enter name)

Just want to be sure you know I'm talking about my iPad. When I'm in the iTunes App there are a lot of options at the bottom but "more" isn't one of them. There's 'purchased" and "downloaded" but nothing shows up in either of those although I've both purchased and downloaded Podcasts. I just can't locate these Podcasts I downloaded anywhere.
