I just bought my new phone yesterday and synced it last night for the first time. Then this morning i realized that Siri is gone! Now i just have the "Voice Control" that the 3Gs used to have when i hold down the home button. Can I get Siri back?

is not working for me - there is no siri in settings or restrictions - she disappeared somehow 😟
i did restore all device -> nothing
i try with restoring network settings only -> nothing
i do have iPhone 4s for sure and do not understand what the problem is?
