under location u have to manually select what apps need location on like siri might not be on but maps would be so u have to slide siri on for example. not all are on. in ur case check to see if find iphone is on if not slide it to on.

Try turning your phone off, wait ~30 seconds or so, then turn it back on.
Try to reset the settings and the software from your Iphone
Thanks strafer,
Did this -- still no luck. iCloud says "location services off", even though they're all turned on...
I am having the same problem. Have tried rebooting my iphone but it doesn't help. iCloud is enabled across all my devices -- find my iMac works fine. Also, location services on my iPhone is working for other apps e.g. Google Maps. But iCloud says "location services off" when I test "Find my iPhone". I would really appreciate assistance on this!
Thanks gina,
I should have mentioned in my original post that all location services on my phone are turned on, (iphone settings, apps & iCloud included). But iCloud (online) says they're off... Also, my MacBook Air, iMac and iPhone are all sitting together on the desk and iCloud can find two out of three. All have Wifi enabled. My iPhone is turned on and has a clear strong signal.
I have turned on "Find my iPhone" and "Find my Mac" on each device and logged in each using the same iCloud id.
Apple's answer for everything!
