Using WinX DVD Ripper for Mac, we have placed DVD movies into iTunes for personal use. However, when we attempt to load some of these films onto our iPhone or iTouch, we get a message that the movie cannot be played on the device. This is not happening consistently, just with some films.

Sorry, but we cannot help with ripping copy-protected DVDs since such ripping is illegal in many countries including the US where this forum is based.
