Find radio station to listen to

How do I find a radio station in the "radio" section of itunes. The list is enormous and station call letters/numbers is not usually noted. Also there is not search thing. I am looking for KEGL 97.1 Dallas TX. Have looked most of the possible areas. Thanks in advance.

When looking for a specific radio station, it's usually easier to search the web for the station's web site, then go there and see what streaming options they have. KEGL streams through iHeartRadio:

http://www.iheart.com/#/live/2241/?autoplay=true

and so doesn't appear to be available in iTunes.
