Q: face time fix

hey can any one help I have tried face time calling my brother on his ipad I have a 4s it keeps saying (face time failed not available for facetime) ive turned facetime off and on again rest the settings even a restore still wont work?? Im using my wi fi aswell any help apprciated

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

Your brother must be using an iPad 2, have correctly configured and sign into FaceTime on his iPad, and must also be on wifi when you call.  You must be calling him from his contact on your phone using the email address that he has designated for FaceTime on his iPad.  See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4319 for additional informattion.
