I have been recently been gaming on my MacBook pro 2011( I don't have a choice, lol). I don't know much about macs. I don't have an external tower, just the laptop itself. Can I upgrade the graphics card? What cards would work well for it? I'm kind of on a budget, so less than $100 please. Also, will the card be able to work on win7 as well? I need it to work on both operating systems. Thanks in advance!!!

you can not upgrade the graphics card. It is soldered to the logic board.
No, notebook computers use fully integrated motherboards. They cannot be upgraded. You would need to sell it and buy one that better fit your needs. If gaming in Windows is what you prefer to do, then you'd be better off getting a Windows based gaming computer or buying a Mac Pro.

Use lower screen resolutions. That's about all you can do, really. If your MBP has dual GPUs you might try using the NVIDIA CUDA 3.2. Supposedly enables use of OpenCL if the GPUs support it.
