Can I import a Yahoo calender to Ical? I want to shift to iCal.

See if Yahoo allows exporting your calendar to an ics file, if it does you can import that file into iCal and thus to iCloud.

This appears to only import the first line of a .csv file when importing from a simple text created .csv file. Unless there is something expected at the end of a line other than a line return character it seems a bit limited.

It worked fine for me, not just the first line, load the csv into a spreadsheet (excel etc) and see what is in there.

My Husband got his first smartphone today, an iPhone 4S.

His only calendar was at Yahoo.

I'm not sure how or why, but as soon as I connected his phone to his Yahoo email, it asked if I wanted to access the calendar, which I responded yes.

Calendar and contacts all seem to be imported into the iPhone as best as I can tell.
