hi there, i have an ipod nano 2nd generation and have trouble synching because "my disk is locked and cannot be written to". what do i do to "unlock" so I can sync again?

Start here: 'Disk cannot be read from or written to' when syncing iPod or 'Firmware update failure' error when updating or restoring iPod
