I can't update my mac book in sofware update

We need a lot more information. What is your current OS and what are you trying to upgrade to?

Hi I use a macbook pro 17 inch with the ox lion and when I click on software update it loads halfway and remains there for a long time pls any solution and i guess tanshengjeh has d same problem thanks

I have also one with 10.4.11 that i cant update? Mac Book Pro
