my Iphone 4s sound doesn't work properly

the built-in speaker in my new Iphone 4 s dos not working all the time

only if i open ring tone page in setting/sound/ringtones the sound will come again from the speaker

but other no way to hear from the speaker

please help as soon as possible

am living in china

but i bought the phone from saudi arabia 1 month before
