After downloading, during "validating packages" I got this message:
"The update could not be expanded, and may have been currupted while downloading. The update will be downloaded and checked agian the next time that Software Update runs".
I re-ran Software Update, re-tried to install it.
Same message.
Any guess?

Did you ever get an answer for this? I'm getting the same message. My girlfriends is saying the exact same thing. I have the 15in MBP and she has the 13in MBP. If you figured it out I'd love to know how! Thanks in advance!
I had to reinstall Lion from recovery partition and it worked.
Thanks. I figured it out though, I just tried it over a different wifi connection. Not sure why that mattered, but it seemed to for some reason.
I'll keep that in mind for the next update. Eventually ;)
10.7.3 can't be installed?
