My passcode should be 5 digits not 4. How can I change the length of my iPhone passcode?
My company requires the passcode on my iPhone to be at least 5 digits to be in compliance with their Enterprise policy. Can I do that?

Yes. Settings - General - Passcode Lock - (enter current passcode) - turn Simple Passcode OFF. Then enter new code.
