Q: Camera Connection Kit compatible with Pro Duo?

I was looking at Apple's camera connection kit and was wondering it says SD but does it also support Pro Duo?

I got sony's Memory Stick Duo Adapter.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.0.1, 16gb

    The kit supports (from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4101) :

    SD standards up to SDHC, miniSD and microSD with adapters, and MMC

    You might be able to use a third-party card reader with the kit, but a lot of them need more power than is supplied to the kit - you'd have more chance of it working with a powered reader (but even then it's not guaranteed).

     

    You could use the iPad to camera connection part of the kit for direct transfer.
