There are several different versions of the Belkin F5D7050. The versions 1000, 2000, and 3000 all use RalinkTech chips, so you can get it to work with one of their drivers. The latest one, version 4000, uses a chip from another company, the ZyDAS 1211. Search for ZD1211 mac os x. You should find a driver on the ZyDAS site. It needs to be hacked via the instructions here: http://www.netstumbler.org/showthread.php?p=154976 . It DOES work, keep trying!
