Move data from apps to a new PC

Hi

I just got a new PC to replace my old one.

I have moved over my iTunes library via external HDD - no problem.

However it seems more tricky for the apps...

I have authorised the new PC and it has found my purchases - but if I synchronise I loose the data stored in the apps, which I would very much like to avoid 🙂.

Currently my Apps are backed up into iCloud.

Any good advise on how to deal with this?
