How to delete basic application such as Chess, Automator

Hi,

I am looking at freeing up and cleaning up my Hd and try to delete OSX basic applications such as Chess, Automator, dictionary and related.

But these applications are locked and can not be deleted ("required by mac OSX"). Is there a way to remove them?
