Patchy support for .srw files

I haven't yet purchased Aperture 3 as the support for my Samsung EX1 raw files (.srw) seems limited. Although the intro screen says Aperture does support .srw files, the EX1 isn't in the list of supported cameras. Annoyingly Aperture manages to render the thumbs, which presumably are jpegs created in camera anyway, but gives a, unsupported notice when the file tries to open.

Anyone else struggling with this please?

Any thoughts on why Aperture does support less capable Samsung cameras?

First check to see if 10.7.3 is listed as supporting your camera's RAW files. I do not see an EX1 camera on the list.

If you need to download 10.7.3 only use the "combo updater" because the smaller client updater had bugs and is no longer available from Apple.

Thank you for this, I've now done all three updates but file format is still not supported. I suppose this is due to the fact that Samsung have only recently entered the 'semi-pro' market with their latest cameras, so maybe I'll have to wait for the next version.
