My frnd sent me an app as a gift from UK. when i tried to redeem the app from my iPhone it says ' This code is only valid for customers of the united kingdom store.' Is there any way to get the app?? i'm in US store.

You can't gift stuff in the iTunes store/App Store across countries, only within country. You will have to purchase it yourself.
