my ipod touch has a red screen and doesn't work anymore even itunes don't recognize him... what can i do?

- See if a reset will make it work:

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Next see if the reset made the iPod show in iTunes so you can restore it.

- If still red, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour, try the above again

- Last, time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
