How to transfer apps from my iTunes library to my iPod Touch 4G without syncing

Hi, I'm trying tpo transfer apps from my iTunes library on my Windows PC (Authorized) to my iPod Touch 4G but for some reason iTunes won't let me. The only way I see that I can do that is by syncing my apps between the two but it says that all the data on my apps will be deleted. Is there any way I can transfer the apps without syncing?

Your iPod was sync with another iTunes library. If you are the owner you can transfer the apps to the PC with the Apple ID.

- You can transfer iTunes purchases form the iPod to a computer by:

iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer

- You can only sync apps from your iTunes library to an iPod. Yu can only sync with one iTunes lbrary. It appears that you last syncd with another computer.

- You can redownload apps at no additional cost by:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
