Q: Is it possible to trace my lost ipod touch?

I just bought my new i pod touch last week. But unfortunately lost it day before yestday. So i wanted to know if there is any hope of getting it back. I have registered it in i tunes with the serial no. Also my ipod gets locked and needs passcode to open. is there any chance of tracing its location?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 5.0.1, White, 32GB

Only if you installed and activated "Find my iPhone" on it. If you did, you could log into iCloud and trace it.
If you didn't, there is no chance to trace it, and Apple can't trace it for you.
