Sending IPAD in for repair - do I include cables?
I read the link Apple emailed me with my ticket number about preparing my IPAD 2 for repair:

But it doesn't say whether I include the wall charger, USB power cable, and original box (with serial number).
I don't see it in the FAQ's either.
Cabn anyone guide me here?
