Q: My font list in final cut is blank.

Ever since I installed final cut pro x my font list is completly blank. The list opens opens but i can't see the names of the fonts. any ideas?

Final Cut Pro X, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

    This happens when you have lots of fonts in font library activated to fix,

    1st, i had over 5000 fonts so i deactivated almost 4000 and when i restarted fcpx the fonts were displaying.

    2nd i dont believe its memory issue coz i have 16GB of RAM and running i7 Macbook Pro w/ Retina.

    i fixed the issue but i feel like its ridiculous,
