Error 2380 when starting burn please help

This error has been driving me nuts for 4 months now. Is anyone else having the same problem.

Here is what the CD dianogtic says:

System manufacturer System Product Name
iTunes 6.0.3.5
CD Driver 2.0.4.3
CD Driver DLL 2.0.3.2
UpperFilters: InCDPass (4.3.12.0), incdrm (4.3.12.0), GEARAspiWDM (2.0.4.3),
Video Driver: NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT\GeForce 7800 GT

IDE\DiskMaxtor 7L300S0_________________________BANC1G10, Bus Type ATA, Bus Address [0,0]

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard.

Current user is administrator.

try this...i had a 4000 burning error, and this fixed it...I went under My Computer, then right clicked on the cd drive that I used to burn, go to properties, went under the auto play tab, selected the action to perform button for each individual category(dvd, blank cd, music cd) selected the no action icon for each category. Then went to the recording tab and unselected the enable recording selection. Now I can burn every time! If this fixes it for anyone else let me know!
