Q: Apple Works and File Maker Pro quit when I select print option.

When I select "Print" in Apple Works 6 and File Maker Pro 7 the program quits unexpectedly for no apparent reason.  I've used these programs for years without any problems.

    I've further discovered that when I go to Page Setup, "Settings" is shown as blank and I can't select anything other than "OK" or "Cancel" neither of which helps the problem.

    I'm sure that like many others, including me, you applied the security update Apple released on Thursday. Run Software Update again to get the revised security update that fixes the problems the first one caused.
