Feb 6, 2012 10:02 AM in response to fdrrdlby mracole,iTunes Match is designed for music. This is not a frequently listed issue - it may be worth a post on the iTunes for Windows forum.

Feb 6, 2012 12:55 PM in response to fdrrdlby ivdf,iTunes Match has been plagued with problems since friday's evening. First, uploaded tracks wouldn't either download or stream. Second, as of saturday's night everything is back to normal except music videos. Music videos purchased on the iTunes Store with the account registered on iTunes Match should download to other iOS and OSX devices, as secondary computers and Apple TV. I've been trying forever to get a response from Customer Support and so far to no avail... This functionality is designed for music and videos purchased with the same account on the iTunes Store. Sorry to say the above post is incorrect...

Feb 6, 2012 1:13 PM in response to fdrrdlby GaryKing,I'm getting the same problem, too, starting today. I downloaded five music videos that were only in my iCloud and not on my computer; one of them downloaded, the remaining four gave the 8364 error.

Feb 6, 2012 2:28 PM in response to fdrrdlby mracole,A useful reference on service scope:
"Once you purchase a subscription to iTunes Match, you can merge all your music into a single Apple ID by re-downloading tracks, and on top of that, you can stream it to ten different devices. It only works for music—you can’t do this for mobile apps, videos, podcasts, or any number of other iTunes Store purchases—but it’s a nice start."

Feb 6, 2012 2:54 PM in response to mracoleby GaryKing,This doesn't seem to apply to us. I bought five music videos about five years ago, and deleted them a few years ago. So when I signed up for iTunes Match, these music videos re-appeared in my iTunes library, clearly allowing me to download them. So, as I said, I was able to download one of them; the rest gave the same error.

Feb 6, 2012 2:56 PM in response to mracoleby ivdf,You cannot merge apps, videos, etc purchased with different accounts into the one on iTunes Match, but You can certainly play every music video with the registered account into every device registered to iTunes Match.

Feb 6, 2012 3:43 PM in response to fdrrdlby mracole,If the Music Videos were previously purchased using the same Apple Id they should be available from 'Purchased' within the iTunes store.
This error message typically occurs for protected content as indicated in the parallel thread. Suggest following the solution outlined in that thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3502068?tstart=0

Feb 10, 2012 3:34 AM in response to DilmarRibeiroby ivdf,So far I've not heard back from Apple Customer Support via email other than "... i've spoken to a supervisor and I'll get back at you...". Phone Customer Support has been useless and they say I have to wait for a response from iTunes Store Support via email. I'm very disappointed, to say the least...

Feb 10, 2012 6:10 AM in response to ivdfby DilmarRibeiro,I´m also very disappointed. I´ve been trying to watch the videos I have using my Apple TV or via streaming on my iMac but i just can´t. I´ve sent some emails but no answer so far. It seems they are having some issues with iCloud. It´s funny because everything else is working though. I even managed to watch Sir Paul MacCartney conccert using the new Itunes Live "feataure"....
It´s strange because i seems that only few people are having this issue or am I wrong???

Feb 10, 2012 11:46 AM in response to DilmarRibeiroby ivdf,Exactly. I subscribed to iTunes Match on December 16th and I'd been able to either download or stream every video on any of my registered devices (computers, Apple TV and iPhone). Problems started a week ago with videos and uploaded music files. Everything went back to normal on saturday, but music videos haven't been streaming ever since... SO DISAPPOINTED.

Feb 10, 2012 5:03 PM in response to fdrrdlby Mark Taber,This is still happening for all my music videos as well. All my videos are purchased videos, and it happens whether they are protected or not. I can download onto my Mac using the iTunes Store 'Purchased' function, but I cannot download using iTunes Match: not on my Mac, nor on any of my iDevices. On my iPhone and iPad, I cannot download the videos from the iTunes Store (though it knows I purchased them), I can't play them in the Video app (though they show up there), and I can't play them in the Music app, either. Hope this clears up soon. I do like to watch my music videos.
