Feb 11, 2012 3:30 AM in response to fdrrdlby Nebojsa Jovanovic,I have this issues , too! I tried to get support from Apple in a Store Genius-Bar...they've heard nothing about this issue. The y gave me support phone number...they said I'm in a wrong support. iTunes Match has no real direct support, only iTunes (I'm confused!). I sent a Mail to the internet-support. We'll se if I'm getting a response. APPLE...HELP US!!! Just say at leasr you're looking for solutions...

Feb 11, 2012 12:21 PM in response to fdrrdlby Mark Taber,I got an email from iTunes Store/Mac App Store support. I don't know how authoritative my response was, but it was clear, 1) That Apple is aware of the problem and that 2) They are actively working on "a resolution." From the wording of the email, it seems that this is not an 11th hour change of functionality (I feared that it was, perhaps in response to complaints from content providers about downloading video to portable devices or some such). Heartening, but no solution yet.

Feb 11, 2012 1:37 PM in response to fdrrdlby mracole,After some trial I've managed to generate the 8364 error by asking for video download from iTunes Match in the same style that Songs are available.
Once the error occurred - I looked on iTunes Store 'purchased' found the video listed as available for download from a previous purchase - requested download, all worked perfectly.
It would have been helpful if the initial error had pointed me to the correct location in iTunes Store but all is working well.

The thing is: whenever I try to download the videos directly from the purchased section it works perfectly. But if i try to watch the ones purchased on my Apple TV, it simply doesnt load.....

Feb 11, 2012 2:16 PM in response to mracoleby ivdf,It's not exactly that, even though there are multiple kinky errors popping up. Main problem is, streaming used to work fine from Apple TV and multiple computers for both music tracks and music videos. Now you can download tracks from either iTunes Match or from the "purchased" section. Music videos won't download as of now from iTunes Match, but from "purchased". Music videos won't stream either way, even though they used to!

Feb 12, 2012 4:36 AM in response to mracoleby useyourillusion,There is an app that's part of iOs 5 just for videos, including music videos purchased through iTunes. It has been one of my favorite features of iTunes match and WORKED PERFECTLY, until very recently.

Feb 12, 2012 4:44 AM in response to fdrrdlby useyourillusion,I thought I was the only one with this problem, For the time being, I've been dowloading videos from the purchased tab in iTunes store. It works better if I scroll through the artists rather that type in a search. If the video you want needs to be dowloaded to your device but the purchased tab already says it's dowloaded when it's not, you will need to go to your computer. Go in iTunes and delete it from the cloud.
It's a little in-convenient but it's a pretty good temporary solution untill this problem gets fixed.
