Does anyone know what the best way to make Numbers Documents Searchable? In my business we create hundreds of numbers docs every year and it would be great if there was a way of inserting some sort of Meta Tags into the documents to help making them searchable. Any ideas would be great!!!

You can also add searchable comments/tags to the document using the Inspector, Document tab.

Both Finder and Spotlight will return a list of files, including Numbers files, that contain a Search Term. You also have the option to add searchable keywords to a file in the Spotlight Comments field of the Get Info Finder dialog pane.
