I bought my iPhone 4S from a VZW Store and have realized that I want one with larger storage. My only problem is no VZW store near by has a white 4S in either 32 or 64GB's, can I make the exchange in a Apple Store if I originally bought it at VZW? Thanks!

You can return the phone within 30 days of the original purchase and purchase a new one with more storage. If it's already been 30 days, your only options are live with it, sell it on the open market and buy a new one, or learn to manage how much stuff you keep on it.

VZW's return policy is now 14 days not 30. Apple has also confirmed that my only option is to return the phone to VZW and repurchase the device I want at an Apple Store. Thanks for your response!
Bummer. AT&T gives you 30 days to cancel your contract. I was under the impression that was required under US Law for all cell carriers. I guess not, though.
Just an FYI to any VZW customers who find themselves wanting to exchange devices but local stock is low, call VZW customer service. I did just that today, day 14, and they set me up with the white 32GB 4S and sent it overnight to me and are allowing me to return my white 16GB 4S via FedEX. They were very apologetic that there was little to no local stock and made it right. Awesome VZW customer support!
