I keep getting an error 'could not synchronize record'. How do I remove this?

I attempted to send a very large file by email and then didn't. Ever since I get an error message in Outlook: 'could not synchronize record' I delete the error message but it keeps trying. How do I stop this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Outlook is a Microsoft product, you'll have better luck asking over on the Microsoft Office for Mac forums.
