after factory reset atv1will constantly restart after connect network.

After a factory reset i can choose for the language setting at that moment the setup will connect the network, by processing the settings for wireless or cabled LAN.

But the ATV will constantly flash back the menu, the only way to solve this, by disconnect the network. When connected the ATV can be pinged from a other station in the network. How to solve this issue? Is this a hardware problem, how can i update the firmware if i can't connect the network?
