Tried pairing my blackberry Bluetooth with my ipad2, however my iPad comes back saying pairing unsuccessful. Should mention that I successfully paired my macbook air with my blackberry. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry my mistake......it actually states connection unsuccessful, not pairing unsuccessful. I can pair but iPad will not connect

You're not doing anything wrong. Bluetooth communication between iOS devices and Blackberry's is not a feature of iOS.

You need to look into a tethering plan for your phone, where, I believe, you basically turn your phone into a little private wifi hotspot (presuming your phone supports it )
the bluetooth, as stated, is really only meant for keyboards or headphones, it doesn't support data transfer
