My iPhone screen suddenly looks like a photo negative. My kids were messing with it and now every single app, icon, photo, game, etc. has this photo negative look. How can I change this back?

try resetting your phone, you won't lose any dataL: hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release. Then wait for the phone to boot back up and see if that resolves the issue.
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > switch White on Black to OFF.
Check Settings>General>Accessibility>White on Black>OFF
