Sound problems "No devices found" & stuck on "Preparing to move files"

Okay,

Hi!

I am kinda new to mac, only got one before but after I had windows for 5 years.

I have problems with the sound and to drag/drop files.

I have restarted the mac,

I have typed different commandos into the terminal(tips from internetsites),

I have used the sleep/wake up thing,

I have updated the software....

I stopped working reaally suddenly,

nothing special before happened...

I don't remember why, but the mac suddenly restarts and the startsound works but then the sound is off.

I've tried to look in preferences too...

But finally I caught "OS x lion audio fix" from some site

which you are suppose to drag into applications.

But then, the other problems stops it all.

I can't move, copy, paste any files....

So when I try to drag the file into applications it's just like

"Preparing to move file"

but nothing happens, I can't x it and I can't shut the computer off,

If I don't use the power button or force shutdown.

But then again, the files won't work and the sound is still stuck on mute.

The one that helps me out with this is a lifesaver!
