This should be reported to Apple Legal, and no doubt the Hosts will do so once they have seen your report.

I might add, if in fact the copying is done by the very person who started the thread, it would behoove them to remark, "this mirrors the contents of a thread I started here...", and of course to post in the thread if possible that they are planning on mirroring the thread off site, and ask if anyone has an objection to that.

Of course if the thread is archived, that might get one into a sticky situation, assuming the people in the thread aren't informed their content is mirrored elsewhere.
