Help!!!!!! How do you undo typing while in "notes?"

I just erased 3 days worth of work while trying to copy and paste from notes to my email... Does anyone know where the undo typing button is on the notes?

Is there a time limit for my retrieval? Can I get the info back of I synchs to iCloud for all my devices?

There is no actual button on-screen, to undo text changes or accidental copy/pastes you shake the device and an Undo prompt will come up. Just so you know, this works system wide, not just the Notes app.

Might be too late for you at this point though. If the notes you lost are very important, maybe you can try restoring the OS from a backup (assuming you've synced recently).
