Udf.fs folder showing up on my desktop

I put in my WIndows 7 install disc, and there was only one file on the disc, it was called README.txt. When I opened the file up, it said: "

This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system

that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."

I have tried downloading Windows 7 from Microsoft, and I have gotten the same exact problem. I have alos tried rebooting my computer in 32 bit mode, and that did not solve the problem. Later, I was cleaning up my desktop, and I noticed a folder labled Udf.fs, does anybody know where this folder originated, and if it is importnat to the reading of the UDF discs? Thanks for any help
