Reboot without 2nd installer disk?

I am trying to reboot my Macbook, Tiger version from a usb because the disk drive does not work. Everything was going fine and was being installed during the installation process when it came up to the next window that said I needed the second installer disk. I tried to use the same technique of putting the second installer disk on a flashdrive and it wouldnt work... I am now stuck with a computer that will not reboot all the way and just says I need to insert the second installer disk. I cannot click the cancel button. I tried rebooting it again to see if I could avoid saying I would put in the second installer disk but it seems like it is not an option. Is there any way I can reboot without the second installer disk?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.9)
