Virgin Net mail no longer downloading to iPad
Hi there, I hope you can help!
My wife's iPad has suddenly stopped downloading emails from her virgin.net account into the mail app.
No settings have been changed, and it has been working perfectly for the last year.
I've tried deleting the account and re-establishing...but no joy.
When using the email app it comes up with 'downloading' and then 'updated'...but nothing comes in.
Anyone have any ideas? The wife is giving me grief to get it sorted!
