I've got English and Hebrew in my book, and it looks fine. But when my books is viewed on the iPad, it is moving the period from the left-side of the Hebrew line to the right-side of the sentence. How can I prevent this? I tried changing the language of that text box to 'None' and 'All', neither setting helps.

I doubt there is anything you can do. iBooks Author has various bugs itself related to RTL scripts, and Arabic is on the list of languages not supported by the iBookstore contained in the Publisher User Guide 2.0.
It seems I can display it just fine in iBooks Author, it's only upon running on the iPad that the punctuation 'breaks'. Oh well.

I assume you're aware as well of the crazy cursor behavior in Hebrew in iWorks Author which makes it pretty much impossible to edit anything?
I made my book with English and Persian Fonts. The fonts that I have use in my book working probably on all iPads without any problem. Maybe the kinde (of or version of fonts is matter.)
You are answering a question which is more than one year old, and since then there is a new version of iBooks, iBooks 3, with improved support for RTL.
Also your own book shows a problem (where is says .D.C) which may indicate a remaining bug, or perhaps just a error?
