accidentally deleted a Note entry, can I get it back?

I accidentally deleted a page from notes and I don't know what was on it...I just saw it disappearing!! How do I get it back? Help please!

iPod touch, iOS 5.0.1

If you had synced before you delete the note, and you have in iTunes info page Sync notes checked, you can restore from backup using iTunes.

If it was on the iphone when you last synced, then you may be able to restore from backup and get it back. Anything added to your iphone since then will be erased.
