iphone dock issue after use mophie juice pack

As title i bought this "made for iphone" case (i supposed that it has to work, when even apple sold this item in its apple store) however after the first charge juice pack begins to give me problem (it connected and disconnected juice pack's battery) now, i have problem with my iphone to synch it with my laptop (windows based). with my iMAc still works properly, but now i'm quite afraid that somehow mophie's pack burn the iphone's connector 30 pin. Is there the possibility to verify this on my own?
