I just synced my iphone to my macbook..Added the playlist and synced the phone...But now when I go to ITUNES the music isnt there..The music is now on my iphone but still doesnt show up...Why does Apple need to be so difficult in everything it does? I remember my old phone I jus dragged the music and bam there it was but noo Gotta go thru a whole stupid process

You don't want to hit the iTunes app on your phone - that opens the iTunes store.
Instead you want the Music icon - it's typically one of the four pinned buttons at the bottom of the screen,
