Authentication error connection to Windows Server share since 10.7.3

Since upgrading to Mac OS X 10.7.3, I am no longer able to connect to Samba shares on our Windows Server 2003R2 file server. Shares on our Windows Server 2008 boxes continue to work fine.

In Finder, attempting to connect to the shares causes a username/password box to open, and then jiggle side-to-side (i.e. incorrect password) whenever I input my network credentials.

In Terminal, attempting to mount the share using mount -t smbfs gives this error:

mount_smbfs: server rejected the connection: Authentication error

Any ideas?
