I can not get my ipod touch to sync to my laptop. The people at the apple can no solve my problem. My ipod will sync to other mac's or laptop. I can sync my ipad with laptop.

I can not get my ipod touch to sync to my laptop. The people at the apple can not solve my problem. My ipod will sync with other mac's or pc.

My ipad will sync with my laptop.
