After a google search, history shows google links instead of page titles of sites visited

And it is definitely a Safari rather than Google issue as other browsers properly

show page titles in history. Just checked Firefox to confirm. Page titles. Safari, google urls.


In practice this means if you've engaged in a long series of web searches and you want

to get back to an earlier visited page you need to click through EVERY SINGLE one

hoping to find your way back. What's the point of having a browser history if it doesn't

tell you what page you had visited?


Beyond frustrated by this.

Sorry Klaus1 but the issue being reported has nothing to do with the Google cookies.


I mistakenly thought it was the Safari update which finally solved the problem because this extension didn't when I first installed it. In fact it was the Detox extension which was updated and now works beautifully solving the problem altogether.
